Zumbro Valley Youth Baseball League (“ZVBL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a volunteer-run, non-profit youth baseball organization serving families in the Lake City, Minnesota area and surrounding communities. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of players, parents/guardians, coaches, volunteers, directors, and visitors who use our website (zvbl.org), registration forms, and related services.

- Roster & Participation Data: Player names, dates of birth, emergency contacts, medical/allergy information (only if voluntarily provided for safety), and parent/guardian contacts.
- Payment Data: We do not store full credit card details. If paying by credit card, transactions are processed securely by our payment gateway. Check payments are mailed directly to our PO Box and not stored digitally.
- Communication Data: Emails we send (newsletters, schedule updates), responses to inquiries, and any forms submitted (contact us, volunteer sign-up).
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time/date of access (via basic analytics like Google Analytics, anonymized where possible). - Photos/Videos: Event photos or videos posted on the site or social media may include players/parents with implied consent from participation (we ask for explicit permission when possible).
We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account details beyond transaction processing) unless required for a specific purpose and with explicit consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for league operations:
- Process team registrations and payments
- Create and manage rosters, schedules, and team communications
