This table summarizes the most important rule changes as players progress from 8U through 14/15U. Lower (A) divisions emphasize development and restrictions; Upper (AA) divisions introduce more competitive elements. All divisions share common safety rules (e.g., continuous batting order, courtesy runner for catcher, etc.).
