Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to tournament, or when tournament is full. Tournament packets include; schedules, rules, maps, ect. and will be sent out approximately 7 days prior to the tournament weekend. No refunds 7 days prior to the tournament weekend. GBSA reserves the right to change the tournament format.
